Stan Blinka (Stanley John Blinka) was born on April 29, 1957 in Columbus, Ohio. After going to high school at Rockdale (TX), Blinka attended Sam Houston State University. Blinka made his professional debut in the NFL in 1979 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1979 was Stan Blinka's best year.
