Stan Black (Stanley Ross Black) was born on November 12, 1955 in Greenville, Mississippi. After going to high school at Heritage Academy (Columbus, MS), Black attended Mississippi State University. Black made his professional debut in the NFL in 1977 with the San Francisco 49ers. He played for the San Francisco 49ers for his entire 1 year career.
