Stacey Bailey (Stacey Dwayne Bailey) was born on February 10, 1960 in San Rafael, California. After going to high school at Terra Linda (San Rafael, CA), Bailey attended San Jose State University. Bailey made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 9 year career.
