Speedy Neal (Robert Neal) was born on August 26, 1962 in Key West, Florida. After going to high school at Key West (FL), Neal attended the University of Miami. Neal made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
