Sourdough Sam is the mascot for the NFL's San Francisco 49ers. According to his official bio, he has five nicknames. They are Sam, Sammy, Samster, Sammiester, and Samarama. His birthdate is unknown (the website says "Long Time Ago"), his birth place is Dem Dare Hills, his hometown is Dem Thar Hills, his lifetime goal is to have more Super Bowl rings, and his hobby is being with the fans and cheerleaders.
His favorite T.V. show is the 49ers playing playoff games, his favorite website is [1], his favorite movie is Jerry Maguire, his favorite actor is Robin Williams (a Niners fan), he likes to eat Garlic Fries, and his favorite colors are Cardinal and Gold.
His favorite favorite sport is football, his favorite vacation spot is Lot C in the Stadium's Parking area, and he's even more happy when the Niner's win.
His most memorable moment is "The Catch II," when former teammate Terrell Owens caught Steve Young's catch, since S.S. was three feet away and T.O. flew right into him, knocking his boots off in the process.
His favorite appearance is anything that has him with the cheerleaders and he doesn't completely like one particular 49ers player. He likes them all (since he likes anything that wears the cardinal and gold). Finally, Sourdough Sam is the only 5-time Pro Bowl mascot in the NFL.
