Some suggestions for Billy Beane

Not that Billy Beane needs them but...
1. With Huston Street sidelined indefinitely and the need to have Alan Embree back in his old role as setup man, the A's need to use Rich Harden as the closer when he comes back. He is probably ready in a week or so. We've seen he gets hurt rather easily but like former A's closer Jason Isringhausen, Harden would benefit from being in the pen.
2. Give up on Milton Bradley already. Though he is talented, this guy can't play through even the smallest of injuries. With Shannon Stewart in left, Mark Kotsay in center and Nick Swisher in right and Travis Buck as the rotation guy, Bradley and even Bobby Kietly are not needed. This also allows Dan Johnson to stay at first and gives Jack Cust and even Chris Snelling a chance to play a bit.
3. Give up on Estaban Loiaza. The A's overpaid for this guy and don't need him. Chad Gaudin has proven he can start and honestly I'd like to give Lenny DiNardo more starts. PLUS, they have Dallas Braden, Jason Windsor and Dan Meyer who all will be quality starters...and could be this year.
4. Mike Piazza as backup catcher. Though I like that Kurt Suzuki is here to learn this season from Jason Kendall so that Suzuki can take over next year, I think I makes more sense roster wise to send him down when Piazza gets healthy. This would also allow the team to keep Jack Cust or another player as a spot DH or pinch hitter.
There you have 4 ideas. I'll think of more don't worry!
