Sly Mcgrew (Sylvester Lee McGrew) was born on February 27, 1960 in New Orleans, Louisiana. After going to high school at West Jefferson (Harvey, LA), Mcgrew attended Tulane University. Mcgrew made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Green Bay Packers. He played for the Green Bay Packers for his entire 1 year career.
