Sirr Parker (Sirr Eluan Parker) was born on October 31, 1977 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Locke (Los Angeles, CA), Parker attended Texas Agricultural and Mechanical University. Parker made his professional debut in the NFL in 2000 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Cincinnati Bengals for his entire 1 year career.
