Sig Jakucki

Born on August 20, 1909 in Camden, New Jersey, Sig Jakucki (Sigmund Jakucki) played for the St. Louis Browns for his entire 3 year career. Jakucki broke into the bigs on August 30, 1936 with the St. Louis Browns, and put up a 3.55 ERA in 198 innings pitched in 1944, his rookie year.
