I always thought about Marion for Artest. It seems crazy because of the baggage Artest brings to a team but that didn't stop the Patriots from picking up Randy Moss. The reason why the Suns keep failing to win in the postseason besides stupid suspensions and injuries is their lack of defense. Artest brings this to the table every night. I think this would be a great trade. Will it happen? Probably not.

Shawn Marion provides all the intangibles beyond the stats that he puts up. Phoenix should do all they can to keep him because I could name at least ten teams that will offer sexy trades that can lure Marion out of there.
