Sherry Robertson (Sherrard Alexander Robertson) was born on January 1, 1919 in Montreal, Quebec (Canada). He made his Major League debut on September 8, 1940 for the Washington Senators. In 1946, his rookie year, he hit .200 with 6 home runs and 19 RBI. Robertson played for the Washington Senators and Philadelphia Athletics over the course of his 10 year career.
