Shelley Poole (Shelley O'Neal Poole) was born on December 3, 1964 in Button Gwinett, Georgia. After going to high school at Norcross (GA), Poole attended Temple University. Poole made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons for his entire 1 year career.
