Sheldon Gaines (Sheldon Gaines) was born on April 22, 1964 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Simi Valley (CA), Gaines attended California State University, Long Beach and Moorpark College. Gaines made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
