Shayne Edge (Randall Shayne Edge) was born on August 21, 1971 in Lake City, Florida. After going to high school at Columbia County (Lake City, FL), Edge attended the University of Florida. Edge made his professional debut in the NFL in 1996 with the Pittsburgh Steelers. He played for the Pittsburgh Steelers for his entire 1 year career.
