Signed as a free agent by the Calgary Stampeders on May 31, 2007.

Entering his 1st season in the CFL.

College:

2006 – (St. Francis Xavier University)

Named to represent the East team in the 2007 East West Bowl held in Laval, QC…Made two solo tackles and three assisted tackles.

2005 – (St. Francis Xavier University)

Played seven games throughout the season and recorded 11 solo and seven assisted defensive tackles…Also had one interception.

2004 – (St. Francis Xavier University)

In seven games on the season, Manning recorded 15 solo tackles, three pass breakups, and two interceptions for 56 return yards (putting him within the top five in the conference for interception return yards).

2003 – (St. Francis Xavier University)

Played in all eight games of the season for the St. F-X…Recorded 11 solo tackles and one assisted tackle…Also had a 30 yard interception return.
