Born on March 29, 1971 in Dallas, Texas, Sean Lowe (Jonathan Sean Lowe) played for the St. Louis Cardinals, Chicago White Sox, Pittsburgh Pirates, Colorado Rockies and Kansas City Royals over the course of his 7 year career. Lowe broke into the bigs on August 29, 1997 with the St. Louis Cardinals, and put up a 3.67 ERA in 95.2 innings pitched in 1999, his rookie year.

Most people believe that Sean Lowe's best season was 2001, when he posted a 3.61 ERA and struck out 71 batters.
