Scott Watters (Scott Watters) was born on January 1, 1965 in Columbus, Ohio. After going to high school at Columbus Academy (Gahanna, OH), Watters attended Wittenberg University. Watters made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Buffalo Bills. He played for the Buffalo Bills for his entire 1 year career.
