Scott Stringer (Scott Lee Stringer) was born on August 5, 1951 in Tracy, California. After going to high school at Joint Union (Tracy, CA), Stringer attended San Joaquin Delta College and Univeristy of California. Stringer made his professional debut in the NFL in 1974 with the St. Louis Cardinals. He played for the St. Louis Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
