Scott Starks (Scott Starks) was born on June 27, 1983 in St. Louis, Missouri. After going to high school at Hazelwood East (MO), Starks attended the University of Wisconsin. Starks made his professional debut in the NFL in 2005 with the Jacksonville Jaguars. He has played for the Jacksonville Jaguars for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 2006 was Scott Starks's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
