Born on January 17, 1975 in San Benito, Texas, Scott Mullen (Kenneth Scott Mullen) played for the Kansas City Royals and Los Angeles Dodgers over the course of his 4 year career. Mullen broke into the bigs on August 31, 2000 with the Kansas City Royals.
