Scott Leggett (Scott Curtis Leggett) was born on September 2, 1962 in Muskogee, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Muskogee (OK), Leggett attended the University of Central Oklahoma and the University of Oklahoma. Leggett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Philadelphia Eagles for his entire 1 year career.
