Scott Kozak (Scott Allen Kozak) was born on November 28, 1965 in Hillsboro, Oregon. After going to high school at Colton (OR), Kozak attended the University of Oregon. Kozak made his professional debut in the NFL in 1989 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 5 year career.

Most people believe that 1989 was Scott Kozak's best year.
