Scott Kowalkowski (Scott Thomas Kowalkowski) was born on August 23, 1968 in Farmington Hills, Michigan. After going to high school at St. Mary's Prep (Orchard Lake, MI), Kowalkowski attended the University of Notre Dame. Kowalkowski made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Philadelphia Eagles. He played for the Detroit Lions and Philadelphia Eagles over the course of his 10 year career.

Most people believe that 1999 was Scott Kowalkowski's best year.
