Scott Kellar (Scott Jeffery Kellar) was born on December 31, 1963 in Elgin, Illinois. After going to high school at Lake Park (Roselle, IL), Kellar attended Northern Illinois University. Kellar made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Indianapolis Colts. He played for the Indianapolis Colts for his entire 2 year career.

Most people believe that 1986 was Scott Kellar's best year.
