Scott Fulhage (Scott Alan Fulhage) was born on November 17, 1961 in Beloit, Kansas. After going to high school at Beloit (KS), Fulhage attended Kansas State University. Fulhage made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Cincinnati Bengals. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Cincinnati Bengals over the course of his 6 year career.
