Scott Fox (Scott Fox) was born on December 28, 1963. After going to high school at Clinton (TN), Fox attended Austin Peay State University. Fox made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Houston Oilers. He played for the Houston Oilers for his entire 1 year career.
