Scott Evans (Scott Allen Evans) was born on March 2, 1968 in Cincinnati, Ohio. After going to high school at Memorial (Edmond, OK), Evans attended the University of Oklahoma. Evans made his professional debut in the NFL in 1991 with the Phoenix Cardinals. He played for the Phoenix Cardinals for his entire 1 year career.
