Scott Case (Jeffrey Scott Case) was born on May 17, 1962 in Waynoka, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Alva (OK) and Memorial (Edmond, OK), Case attended Northeastern Oklahoma A&M College and the University of Oklahoma. Case made his professional debut in the NFL in 1984 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Dallas Cowboys over the course of his 12 year career.

Most people believe that 1988 was Scott Case's best year, as he picked off 10 passes.
