Born on March 17, 1969 in Butte, Montana, Scott Brow (Scott John Brow) played for the Toronto Blue Jays and Arizona Diamondbacks over the course of his 4 year career. Brow broke into the bigs on April 28, 1993 with the Toronto Blue Jays.
