Scott Barrows (Scott Martin Barrows) was born on March 31, 1963 in Marietta, Ohio. After going to high school at Marietta (OH), Barrows attended West Virginia University. Barrows made his professional debut in the NFL in 1986 with the Detroit Lions. He played for the Detroit Lions for his entire 3 year career.
