Schilling is the biggest blowheart in all of professional sports. Why doesnt he take himself and his catchup soaked sock and sit down somewhere.

An accusation is not enough for me. However, if there is evidence...I mean Marion Jones and Ben Johnson didn't get to keep their gold medals.

ummmmmmmmmm, Varitek wasn't in the Mitchell Report. He was in the leaked list that came out early and featured several people who weren't on the list.

I think going down the road of revoking awards is a slippery slope. And do you give the award to the guy who finished 2nd in the voting?

I hate this "time traveling" BS! Let's go back and change the past to make everyone feel better. It does not work. The Final Four apperance by UMASS back in '96 (or '97 or whenever it was) never happened. Odd, because I remember watching Marcus Camby rolling through the early rounds of the tournament. Even if I cannot remember the year, you cannot go back and make it not happen. Marion Jones won those Gold Medals, I saw her do it. Are you going to throw me in jail for saying that?

The use of an asterix works, because it is saying that there was more to what happened than just the name, the date, the location, and the actual hard number statistics involved. It's a footnote: "This guy cheated, this chick was a lying ho bag, that dude played 8 less games and we think the Babe would have hit like 10 more home runs if he played a 162 game schedule." It sucks, but the story gets told. No brain washing or re-writing of history needs to take place.

The guys who made it big get punished by not getting into the HOF. Those that made it from AAA to the Bigs get away with it, because really, who cares? We are all hypocrites. But there is a line that should not be crossed, don't cheat to get to the top. Cheating to survive is ok, but otherwise it is a no-no. I can accept that level of nonsense.

Curt Schilling should just shut his damn pie hole. I mean seriously, who does he think he is? The dope police? This is the same guy that thinks John McCain still has the best chance to be President... oh yeah, and that bloody sock was real instead of hoax. Sure there wasn't ketchup in it? If the media already has Roger Clemens convicted, then I guess Schilling's got the handcuffs.

I know it's just his opinion Tyrone but as usual he didn't think it out.Let's just say for the sake of arguement that everyone in the Mitchell report is guilty.How far down do we go wiping them from the record book.If someone is 85th in home-runs do we move up 86.Does everyone give back MVP's , World Series rings, Gold gloves, etc.If so then I would say that's fair, almost impossible , but fair.To just pick on the best of the cheaters is not fair.A cheater is a cheater and they should all be treated the same.The next question is how does Roger prove he didn't. It should of course be How does Mitchell prove he did.Innocent until proven quilty.Should we believe a trainer that may have gotten pissed off because he didn't get a big enough tip.Unfortunately we tend to believe what we want to.It will always be true that there is no love lost between Red Sox and Yankee players.If this was Josh Beckett that was in the report,Schilling would be talking about something else.

Hey Curt,

Schilling wants Clemens to give up the Cy Young because HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY!!! Schilling used to be in love with Roger and Roger scorned him because Red Light Curt is an irritant even moreso in person.
