The victory for the Stamps (4-4) avenged a 19-9 loss they suffered at the hands of the Roughriders (3-4) in Regina a week ago.
David Allen and Nik Lewis each caught TD passes, Joffrey Reynolds ran for a six-yard score while kicker Sandro DeAngelis and punter Burke Dales each kicked singles for the Stamps.
The Calgary defence played well throughout the entire game and didn't allow the Saskatchewan offence to get anything going.
Defensive back Coby Rhinehart had an especially strong game, with an interception, a sack, nine tackles and a pair of knockdowns.
Luca Congi kicked a pair of field goals and a single to account for all of Saskatchewan's scoring.
On the second play of Saskatchewan's opening drive of the game, Calgary defensive lineman Rahim Abdullah broke free and sacked quarterback Kerry Joseph.
The hit jarred the ball free from Joseph's hands and Calgary lineman Sheldon Napastuk alertly picked up the ball to give the Stamps possession on the Saskatchewan 34-yard line.
After the hit, Joseph lay on the ground for a few minutes before getting up and walking off the field on his own steam.
When play resumed, Burris led the Stamps on a five-play drive, culminating in a five-yard touchdown pass to Allen.
Joseph returned to the field for Saskatchewan's next drive and led the Roughriders into Calgary territory, resulting in a 32-yard field goal by Congi.
In the second quarter, the Stamps built up a 16-3 lead after a pair of singles and a 14-yard touchdown reception by Lewis.
As time winded down in the half, Congi kicked another 32-yard field goal to bring the Roughriders within 10 points.
Following a scoreless third quarter, Congi booted a 56-yard single before Reynolds rounded out the scoring with a six-yard touchdown run for Calgary.
Notes: Calgary receiver Ken-Yon Rambo returned to the lineup after missing last Saturday's game with an ankle injury. Also back in uniform for the Stamps was linebacker Brian Clark, who missed the past three games with a hamstring injury. a In the first quarter, Saskatchewan defensive end Fred Perry tackled Burris to give him six sacks on the season, four of them in the last two games against Calgary.
