Santo Stephens (Santo Sean Stephens) was born on June 16, 1969 in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Forestville (MD), Stephens attended Temple University. Stephens made his professional debut in the NFL in 1993 with the Kansas City Chiefs. He played for the Jacksonville Jaguars, Cincinnati Bengals and Kansas City Chiefs over the course of his 3 year career.
