Sam Khalifa (Sam Khalifa) was born on December 5, 1963 in Fontana, California. He made his Major League debut on June 25, 1985 for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 1985, his rookie year, he hit .237 with 2 home runs and 31 RBI. Khalifa played for the Pittsburgh Pirates for his entire 3 year career.
