Sam Kaplan (Samuel Kaplan) in Washington, District Of Columbia. After going to high school at Central (Mount Pleasant, MD), Kaplan attended Catholic College and Lehigh University. Kaplan made his professional debut in the APFA in 1921 with the Washington Senators. He played for the Washington Senators for his entire 1 year career.
