Sam Garnes (Sam Aaron Garnes) was born on July 12, 1974 in Bronx, New York. After going to high school at DeWitt Clinton (Bronx, NY), Garnes attended the University of Cincinnati. Garnes made his professional debut in the NFL in 1997 with the New York Giants. He played for the New York Giants and New York Jets over the course of his 7 year career.
Most people believe that 1997 was Sam Garnes's best year, as he ran back an interception for a touchdown.
