Sam Agnew

Sam Agnew (Samuel Lester Agnew) was born on April 12, 1887 in Farmington, Missouri. He made his Major League debut on April 10, 1913 for the St. Louis Browns. In 1913, his rookie year, he hit .208 with 2 home runs and 24 RBI. Agnew played for the St. Louis Browns, Boston Red Sox and Washington Senators over the course of his 7 year career.
