Sal Rosato

Sal Rosato (Salvatore Rosato) was born on June 16, 1918 in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. After going to high school at Williamsport (PA), Rosato attended Villanova University. Rosato made his professional debut in the NFL in 1945 with the Washington Redskins. He played for the Washington Redskins for his entire 3 year career.
Most people believe that 1947 was Sal Rosato's best year.
