Sal Cesario (Sal J. Cesario) was born on July 4, 1963 in Stockton, California. After going to high school at Bellarmine Prep (San Jose, CA), Cesario attended California Polytechnic State University at San Luis Obispo. Cesario made his professional debut in the NFL in 1987 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
