Born on August 11, 1942 in Brooklyn, New York, Sal Campisi (Salvatore John Campisi) played for the St. Louis Cardinals and Minnesota Twins over the course of his 3 year career. Campisi broke into the bigs on August 15, 1969 with the St. Louis Cardinals.
