Rusty Jackson (Dalton Sharman Jackson) was born on November 17, 1950 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama. After going to high school at Washington County (Chatom, AL), Jackson attended Louisiana State University. Jackson made his professional debut in the NFL in 1976 with the Los Angeles Rams. He played for the Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams over the course of his 3 year career.
