Rusty Hilger (Russell Todd Hilger) was born on May 9, 1962 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at Southeast (Oklahoma City, OK), Hilger attended Oklahoma State University. Hilger made his professional debut in the NFL in 1985 with the Los Angeles Raiders. He played for the Los Angeles Raiders, Indianapolis Colts and Detroit Lions over the course of his 5 year career.
Most people believe that 1988 was Rusty Hilger's best year.
