Rusty Guilbeau (David Ruston Guilbeau) was born on November 20, 1958 in Opelousas, Louisiana. After going to high school at Sunset (LA), Guilbeau attended McNeese State University. Guilbeau made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the New York Jets. He played for the New York Jets and Cleveland Browns over the course of his 6 year career.

Most people believe that 1985 was Rusty Guilbeau's best year.
