Russ Wayt (Russell Wayt) was born on October 6, 1942 in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. After going to high school at White Oak (TX), Wayt attended Rice University. Wayt made his professional debut in the NFL in 1965 with the Dallas Cowboys. He played for the Dallas Cowboys for his entire 1 year career.
