Rudy Redmond (Rudy Cruzette Redmond) was born on August 25, 1947 in Spokane, Washington. After going to high school at Victor Valley (Victorville, CA), Redmond attended Riverside Community College and the University of Pacific. Redmond made his professional debut in the NFL in 1969 with the Atlanta Falcons. He played for the Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions over the course of his 4 year career.
Most people believe that 1969 was Rudy Redmond's best year, as he picked off 5 passes.
