Rube Vinson (Ernest Augustus Vinson) was born on March 20, 1879 in Dover, Delaware. He made his Major League debut on September 27, 1904 for the Cleveland Naps. In 1905, his rookie year, he hit .194 with 0 home runs and 9 RBI. Vinson played for the Cleveland Naps and Chicago White Sox over the course of his 3 year career.
