Born on June 10, 1894 in Pittsburg, Kansas, Roy Sanders (Roy Lee Sanders) played for the New York Yankees and St. Louis Browns over the course of his 2 year career. Sanders broke into the bigs on August 6, 1918 with the New York Yankees.
