Roy Horstmann (Roy Joseph Horstmann) was born on December 6, 1910 in Aurora, Illinois. After going to high school at Mishawaka (IN), Horstmann attended Purdue University. Horstmann made his professional debut in the NFL in 1933 with the Boston Redskins. He played for the Chicago Cardinals and Boston Redskins over the course of his 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1933 was Roy Horstmann's best year.
