Roy Foster (Roy Allen Foster) was born on May 24, 1960 in Los Angeles, California. After going to high school at Taft (Woodland Hills, CA) and West (Shawnee Mission, KS), Foster attended the University of Southern California. Foster made his professional debut in the NFL in 1982 with the Miami Dolphins. He played for the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers over the course of his 12 year career.
