Roy Bennett (Roy Bennett) was born on July 5, 1961 in Birmingham, Alabama. After going to high school at West End (Birmingham, AL), Bennett attended Jackson State University. Bennett made his professional debut in the NFL in 1988 with the San Diego Chargers. He played for the San Diego Chargers for his entire 2 year career.
Most people believe that 1989 was Roy Bennett's best year, as he picked off 3 passes.
